Biography
| As a conceptual artist and illustrator, Misty prefers to work with traditional mediums such as graphite, pen & ink, charcoal, watercolour and acrylic, although recently she has begun to mix that media with digital software, such as Corel Painter. Her current portfolio displays a number of different styles ranging from figurative and abstract to editorial, and stylized. During the week, she works as a graphic designer at a local granite & monument company, and complements that with freelance design and artwork by commission. She is currently involved with a number of gallery shows throughout the year, including a month long show in October 2008 at Borders in Roseville. |
